{"id":3217,"date":"2011-01-20T21:21:08","date_gmt":"2011-01-20T21:21:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thebunnylog.com\/journal\/2011\/01\/20\/draft-dodger-and-just-bunt\/"},"modified":"2011-01-20T21:21:08","modified_gmt":"2011-01-20T21:21:08","slug":"draft-dodger-and-just-bunt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thebunnylog.com\/journal\/2011\/01\/20\/draft-dodger-and-just-bunt\/","title":{"rendered":"Draft Dodger and Just Bunt!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here are my creations for <a href=\"http:\/\/theironcraft.blogspot.com\/2011\/01\/challenge-2-stay-warm.html\">Iron Craft 2<\/a>, which was to make a draft dodger and Iron Craft 3, which was <a href=\"http:\/\/theironcraft.blogspot.com\/2011\/01\/challenge-3-just-bunt.html\">just bunt<\/a>! <\/p>\n<p>I was really excited that challenge 2 was to make a draft dodger, it&#8217;s been something I&#8217;ve been meaning to do for the last couple winters! It is really so super easy to make. I didn&#8217;t even labor over the fabric! I just looked in my stash and picked this one for some reason. The hardest part was filling it with beans. I didn&#8217;t have enough beans so I mixed it with some polyfill. It now sits at the balcony door in the living room.<br \/>\n<img src='http:\/\/thebunnylog.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/draftdodger1.jpg' alt='draftdodger1.jpg' \/><img src='http:\/\/thebunnylog.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/draftdodgerinaction.jpg' alt='draftdodgerinaction.jpg' \/><\/p>\n<p>Challenge 3 I was lukewarm about. I&#8217;m not big on bunting so was thinking of bowing out but then I clicked on one of the links on the Iron Craft blog directing me to a <a href=\"http:\/\/howaboutorange.blogspot.com\/2010\/01\/mini-bunting-birthday-card.html\">birthday card with bunting<\/a>. Cute and completely doable! Since the closest birthday coming up was for today (Happy Birthday Alexis!), I decided to make this card for one of Sienna&#8217;s classmates.
